摘要
目的:比较补阳还五汤中单味中药的有效部位重组液(B液)与补阳还五汤复方水煎液(A液)的药理作用,同时探讨补阳还五汤治疗半身不遂的作用机制。方法:本文采用凝血酶原时间、凝血时间和小鼠断头后张口喘气时间等3个药理指标,研究补阳还五汤用传统的水煎制备的A液和单味中药分别提取有效部位后重组的B液,分别进行上述药理指标的比较研究。结果:A液和B液对凝血酶原时间犤A液:高剂量组(16.65±0.54)s,中剂量组(17.27±0.64)s,低剂量组(15.80±0.88)s;B液:高剂量组(23.50±2.84)s,中剂量组(24.74±2.41)s,低剂量组(24.63±3.29)s犦、凝血时间犤A液:高剂量组(41.06±3.25)s,中剂量组(50.93±14.77)s,低剂量组(50.79±15.83)s;B液:高剂量组(45.07±4.37)s,中剂量组(56.40±8.78)s,低剂量组(53.98±12.41)s犦和小鼠断头后张口喘气时间犤A液:高剂量组(24.91±0.60)s,中剂量组(24.69±0.58)s,低剂量组(23.83±0.80)s;B液:高剂量组(24.59±0.60)s,中剂量组(24.89±0.45)s,低剂量组(24.56±0.48)s犦,均有明显的延长作用,与对照组比差异有显著意义(t=2.259~13.463,P<0.05~P<0.01),而且B液的作用比A液明显(t=2.265~9.479,P<0.05~P<0.01)。结论:①补阳还五汤单味中药有效部位重组液的药理作用比复方水煎液强。②提示?
AIM:To compare the pharmacological effects of the realignment of effective ingredients of buyang huanwu tang(decoction B) with the traditional compound decoction(decoction A) and study its functional mechanism for the treatment of hemiplegia. METHODS:The three indices,i.e.prothrombin time,coagulation time,and mouth breathing time after decapitation of mice,were selected for comparison in the study. RESULTS:Both decoctions A and B could obviously prolong the prothrombin time, coagulation time,and mouth breathing time after decapitation of mice. For the decoction A,the prothrombin time was(16.65±0.54)s for the large dosage group,(17.27±0.64)s for the moderate dosage group, and(15.80±0.88)s for the small dosage group,while(23.50±2.84)s,(24.74±2.41)s and(24.63±3.29)s for the decoction B,respectively.For the decoction A,the coagulation time was(41.06±3.25)s,(50.93±14.77) s and(50.79±15.83)s,respectively,and (45.07±4.37)s,(56.40±8.78)s and(53.98±12.41)s respectively for the decoction B.The mouth breathing time after decapitation was(24.91±0.60)s,(24.69±0.58) s and(23.83±0.80) s for the decoction A,and(24.59±0.60)s.(24.89±0.45)s and(24.56±0.48)s for the decoction B,respectively.There were significant differences between the control group and decoctions A and B(t=2.259-13.463,P< 0.05-0.01).Decoction A had a more remarkable effect than decoction B(t=2.265-9.479,P< 0.05-0.01). CONCLUSION:①The pharmacological effect of realigned decoction,B,is stronger than that of the compound decoction,A.②It reveals that the functional mechanism of buyang huanwu tang for hemiplegia may be related to the improvement of hemorheology and the promotion of cerebral hypoxia tolerance.
