术中结肠灌洗临床应用研究

Study on intraoperative colonic irrigation

目的 探讨术中结肠灌洗在治疗左半结肠癌并急性肠梗阻中行Ⅰ期切除吻合的安全性及可行性。方法 治疗组 54例病人均采用术中结肠灌洗 ,肿瘤Ⅰ期切除吻合。结果 治疗组除 2例出现切口感染外 ,所有病例均无吻合口瘘 ,无腹腔内感染 ,无死亡病例发生。结论 术中结肠灌洗Ⅰ期肿瘤切除和吻合在治疗左半结肠癌并急性肠梗阻在理论上和临床上是安全的。

ObjectiveTo explor the safety and feasibility of intraoperative colonic irrigation in one-stage resetion and anastomasis for the acute obstruction of the left colorectal carcinoma.M ethodsFifty-four cases were adopted intraoperative colonic irrigation and their tumors underwent one-stage resetion and anastomasis.Results All the patients were cured without anastomasis fistula,abdominal cavi ty infection and death except for 2 patients who developed incision infection.ConclusionIntraoperative colonic irrigation in one-stage reseti on and anastomasis for the acute obstruction of the left colorectal carcinoma is safe and effective theoretically and clinically.
