烧伤合并反应性精神障碍14例诊治分析

Analysis of the experience for prevention and treatment in patients with reactive mental disorders complicated with burns

目的 分析严重烧伤后合并反应性精神障碍的原因 ,总结诊治经验。方法 对 14例严重烧伤合并精神障碍的病人进行分析 ,予人工冬眠等对症处理及全身综合治疗。结果 经过治疗 ,14例精神障碍症状消失。结论 人工冬眠等对症处理和全身综合疗法 。

ObjectiveTo analyze the reason s and the measures of prevention and treatment of burn complicated with reative mental disorders.MethodsFourteen patients with severe burn and reactive mental disorders were treated by artificial hibernation and comprehens ive measures.ResultsAll patients were cured by artificial hibe rnation and comprehensive measures.The mental disorders disappeared.Conc lusionArtificial hibernation and comprehensive measuves were the ideal ways in treating the severe burn with rerative mental disorders.
