摘要
苄达酸(Bendazac)为治疗白内障药物,其主要作用是抑制蛋白质变性。由于赖氨酸苄达酸(Bendazac lysine)口服后的吸收较其母体化合物苄达酸为好,因此被用来治疗眼睛晶体蛋白变性、凝聚和沉淀所致的白内障。该品用于治疗老年皮质白内障有肯定的疗效,对初期白内障效果尤佳。
A high performance liquid chromatographic method for the assay of bendazac lysine was developed. In the method a mobile phase of methanol-0.1 mol/L acetic acid (62: 38) and ODS column were used. The praziquantel was use as internal standard. The column effluent was monitored at 254 nm. Bendazac lysine, its impurities and praziquantel could be separated in less than 13 min. The retention times of lysine, isomer of bendazac in ketone-form, 1-phenylmethyl-3-hydroxy-1H-indazol, bendazac lysine and praziquantel are 2.0,4.1,6.8,8.9 and 11.2 min respectively. In the range 0.055—0.165 for concentration ratio between bendazac lysine and praziquantel there was a good correlation (Y=8. 891C+0. 0132,r=0. 9996). The coefficient of variation was less than 1.38% (n=4).
