摘要
采用扫描电镜、能量色散谱仪和等离子顺序发射光谱仪等现代分析手段,对复方甘草酸单铵注射液中黑色沉淀物进行了剖析。根据其物化特性。确定该黑色沉淀物为CuS,并对CuS产生的原因进行了分析和验证。
The unknown black precipitate found in the monoammonium glycyrrhizic composite injections was analysed with the use of modern analytical instruments such as Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Energy Dispersive X-Ray Analysis (EDAX) and ICP. According to the physical and chemical characteristics of the precipitate obtained, it was identified to be copper sulfide. The cause of the formation of the black precipitate was discussed theoretically and confirmed in the laboratory. This is very important for the improvement of the production procedure.
