Determination of Stability Constant of the Cadmium-D-Penicillamine Chelate by pH-Metric Method

用pH滴定法测定镉与D-青霉胺螯合物稳定常数。该常数未见文献报道,所测结果为Ig^cβ_1=11.52(25℃,μ=0.1),比已报道的镉与DL-青霉胺配合稳定常数Ig^cβ_1=10.92稍大。

The stability constant of the cadmium-D-penicillamine chelate is determined by the pH metric method. Such a constant has not been reported in the literature. The constant thus obtained is 1g^cβ_1=11.52(25℃ and μ=0.1) which is reasonably a little larger than that of the cadmium-DL-penicillamine complex (1g^cβ_1=11.92).
