成年大鼠卵巢异体异位移植的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :探讨大鼠卵巢组织异体异位移植后的生长发育及功能情况。方法 :将成年大鼠卵巢组织植入去势成年雌性大鼠的肾被膜下 ,观察动情周期的恢复及维持 ,通过组织学和组织化学研究移植效果和测定血清雌激素水平观察卵巢内分泌功能。结果 :移植后 13 55± 2 81d出现动情周期 ,对移植卵巢的组织学观察可见不同发育阶段的各级卵泡及间质腺 ;3- β -羟甾脱氢酶组织化学显示它们呈不同程度阳性反应 ;血清学研究显示移植卵巢具有与正常卵巢相近的分泌雌激素的能力。结论 :大鼠卵巢异体异位移植能存活。 Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the gr owth , development and function of rat'sovarian tissue heterotopically allotrans planted to castrated female adult rats Methods: Adults SD rats' o varies were transplanted to subcapsule of kidney of castrated adult female rats The recovery and maintaining time of the oestrous cycle were carefully observed Then the histological and histochemical methods were used to study the growth of the grafts The endocrine function of transplanted ovaries was determined by m easuring serum E 2 Results: The oestrus cycle emerged on 13 55 ± 2 81 days after ovary tissue transplantation A lot of follicles at different developing stages and interstitial glands could be seen under microscope The histochemical staining of 3-HSDH showed positive at different level The result of serology showed t h at the endocrine function of ovaries approximately reached the levels of normal ovaries Conclusions: The study indicates that rat 's ovary tissue after heterotopical allotransplantation can grow and secrete femal e hormone
