溶胶-凝胶技术在纺织品抗紫外整理中的应用 被引量:15

摘要 利用溶胶 凝胶技术 ,以纳米二氧化钛 (TiO2 )填充有机改性硅烷溶胶对纯棉织物进行抗紫外功能整理 ;对影响有机改性硅烷溶胶稳定性的因素 ,以及织物整理工艺参数的确定进行了初步探索。以织物的紫外线透过率为依据 ,研究了整理织物的耐久性 ,确定了溶胶 凝胶技术应用于织物功能整理的可行性 ,并对整理前后织物的白度。 Ultraviolet protection of all cotton fabric was carried out by sol gel technique with organic modified silane sol, which was filled with nano titanium dioxide (TiO 2). In this experiment, factors affecting the stability of the sol and the definition of parameters were discussed. On the basis of transmission percentage of ultraviolet ray, the endurance of treated fabric was examined; the results revealed that functional finish for textiles was feasible by means of sol-gel technique. Physical properties of whiteness and tearing strength of the fabrics before and after treatment were tested and compared.
