Improvement of color fastness to wet crocking of reactive dyed fabrics in dark shade

活性染料深浓色染色织物的湿摩擦牢度是困扰提高产品质量的难题之一。笔者就造成湿摩擦牢度差的原因、染料和助剂的选用、染整加工工艺合理化和测试方法进行探讨 。

Reasons for poor wet rubbing fastness of the dyeings with reactive dyes in deep color were analyzed, ways to solve this problem were determined by means of dye and auxiliary selection, and process rationalization. Differences existing in the available testing methods of AATCC, JIS and GB/T standards were compared.
