介绍了石膏型熔模精密铸造的特点;叙述了用Pro/ENGINEER建模软件设计和制造进气风罩模具的方法,以及用石膏型熔模精密铸造特种工艺和ZL101A高强度铝合金材料实现进气风罩整体制造的全过程。
The characteristics of precision investment casting with plaster mould are introduced. The method for designing and manufacturing the inlet wind cover mould by using Pro/ENGINEER modeling software and the whole process of integral production of the inlet wind cover by using special technologies of precision investment casting with plaster mould and high strength Al alloy ZL101A are described.
