摘要
在网络环境下,新技术的发展使图书馆业务工作发生了巨大的变化。信息咨询工作作为图书馆业务的核心“首当其冲”。笔者认为图书馆的参考咨询应转向信息咨询,并对此进行了分析;同时从四个层次来建构图书馆信息咨询业务,即导向性服务,指导性(教育性)服务,检索性服务和研究性(决策性)服务。图书馆作为公益性事业单位,应在兼顾这几个层次服务的基础上,根据自身的性质和特点把握住业务的核心。
The development of technology has exerted an great impact on library in the networked environment. Undoubtedly, reference service, the core of library, is included in it. The author thinks reference service in library should transform to information consultation covering directive service, instructional service, retrieval service and decisive service. Library, as an non-profit institution should grasp the center of service on a comprehensive basis.
