摘要
本文主要研究作为图书馆受众的读者其合法权益问题。在与图书馆的关系中,读者处于明显的弱势地位。我国读者权益保障在理论研究和法律保障方面与国外图书馆界存在相当差距。理论上,读者权利由公众的“表现自由”权利衍生而来。读者权利具体包括文献阅读权、服务保障权、信息知情权、自由选择权、批评监督权等权利。
This article mainly discusses the subject of the reader's rights and interests. It first defines the concept of the reader's rights and interests, and explains the reasons why we must protect the reader's rights and interests. Then, it introduces the history and present condition of the safeguard of the reader's rights and interests. After probed into the origin of the reader's right, the article specifically analyzes the content of the reader's right.
