摘要
目的 :研究罗格列酮对糖尿病大鼠的肾脏保护作用及其机制。方法 :应用罗格列酮对糖尿病大鼠治疗 10周 ,检测大鼠的血糖、胰岛素、晚期糖基化终产物 (AGEs)、糖化血红蛋白 (HbAlc)、白细胞介素 8(IL - 8)、尿白蛋白、肾重和肾脏病理改变。结果 :罗格列酮治疗后能明显降低大鼠的血糖、尿白蛋白、糖化血红蛋白 ,阻止肾脏肥大和肾小球硬化 ,并降低血AGEs和IL - 8含量。结论 :罗格列酮对糖尿病肾脏病变有一定的保护作用 ,其机制可能是通过下调IL -
Objective:To study the protective mechanism of rosglitazone on kidney of diabetic rats. Methods: Male Sprague-Dawley rats with diabetes were treated with rosglitazone for 10 weeks and the level of plasma glucose, serum insulin, AGEs, HbAlc, urinary albumin and interleukin-8 (IL-8) were measured. The renal weight and the pathologic changes of the kidney in the rats were recorded. Results: The level of glycosylation, urinary albumin and HbAlc were decreased significantly and the rosglitazone could resistant the hypertrophy of kidney and the sclerosing glomerulus on morphology. The level of IL-8 and AGEs were lower than that of control group. Conclusion: The Rosglitazone could protect the kidney in the diabetic rats through down-regulated IL-8 -lexpression.
