摘要 迅猛发展的高速系统,增加了对高速型运放的需求,因此电流反馈型运算放大器的应用日益广泛。但是,目前国内有关它的原理和有关特性的详细说明却几乎没有。着重说明了电流反馈型运算放大器的基本原理和有关特性,并给出了用AD811电流反馈型运算放大器构成的矩形波发生器具体电路。实验证明输出波形的跳沿小于50ns。 High-speed systems have been developed rapidly, which increase requirements to high-speed amplifiers, so CFA's applications will be more and more widely, at present, there is little detailed explanation about CFA's basic principle and some features. The basic principle and some features are explained in detail about current feedback amplifiers (CFAs) in this paper. The rectangular wave generator circuit, which is comprised of the AD811, has been given as an application of CFAs. The time of fall and rise is less than 50ns, which has been verified by experiments.
