驱动程序是为硬件设备服务的,但同时也应能够与应用程序进行通信,这样,应用程序才能从设备采集数据,输出指令,对设备进行控制。正确处理好驱动程序与应用程序之间的通信,对系统的安全,稳定和高效运行至关重要。系统地阐述了Windows2000下,驱动程序与应用程序的三种通信模式,详细分析了各模式的结构和工作原理,并给出了具体的实现代码。
Driver is designed to serve the hardware, but at the same time, driver should be capable of communicating with the application. In this way, the application can get data from the device, give orders to the device and control the device. It is important for the security, stabilization and efficiency of the system to deal with the communication properly between the driver and the application. In this article, author studied the three communication modes between the driver and application under the Windows 2000 platform, analyzed their architectures and operational principles. The source code is also presented in detail.
