摘要
丁丙诺啡是一种新型的阿片生物碱蒂巴因的衍生物。其化学结·构与吗啡相似,并具有很强的镇痛效应。国内由天津药物研究院研制合成。采用双盲对照法,将盐酸丁丙诺啡注射液用于烧伤及整形术后的病人,对其镇痛作用进行了观察。给予此药0.3mg后其镇痛效应明显优于杜冷丁50mg(P<0.05),作用时间能持续6 h以上,而不良反应则类同于或低于杜冷丁。在上述剂量下,此药对心率、血压、呼吸等生理参数以及·对肝、肾功能均无明显影响。
Buprenorphine, a synthetic derivative of Thebaine, is a strong new analgesic agent. It was compared with pethidine in doudle-blind trial of 86 burn and plastic patients with severe or moderate pain. The result showed that the analgesic effect of Buprenorphine 0.3 mg I. M. appeared superior to Pethidine 50mg ( P<0.05), and could last over 6 h. The side-effect induced by Buprenorphine was similarto or lower than that by Pethidine. No significant changes in blood pressure, heart rate, resperatory rate, as well as liver and kidney function test were observed after I. M. Buprenorphine. These indicate Buprenorphine is a safe and long-acting analgesic drug.
