摘要
观察了灌喂大鼠乙醇(790mg·kg^(-1))30、60和90d对心、肝、脑和肾组织细胞膜Na^+,K^+—ATP酶活性的影响,并对60和90d时红细胞进行了Rb转运测定及动力学分析。发现30d时心肌组织Na^+,K^+—ATP酶活性减低;60d时肝组织Na^+,K^+—ATP酶活性减低,但红细胞^(86)Rb主动转运增高,其动力学分析类似非竞争抑制型;肾和脑组织的钠泵活性均无明显改变。结果表明乙醇首先影响心肌组织,其次是肝组织钠泵活性,且对不同细胞膜钠泵活性的影响各异。90d时未见乙醇对酶的影响。
The activity of Na+, K+-ATPasc from heart. liver, kidney, brain and crythrocytes of SD rats after perfusing ethanol (790mg · kg-1 · d-1) 30. 60. 90 consecutive days were studied. The activity of Na+, K+-ATPase from cardiac sarcolemmal microsomes of the 30d rats was decreased ; the activity of enzyme of liver decreased was found in the 60d rats.but the Kb active transport in erythrocytes was increased significantly; we did not find any change of these membranes by comparing with control group in the 90d rats, the results showed that the ethanol has a varied influensces on different cell membranes.
