摘要
结核性脑膜炎(结脑)是由结核杆菌侵入蛛网膜下腔而引起软脑膜、蛛网膜进而累及脑实质及脑血管的病变,是神经系统结核病最常见的类型,但常易误诊.本文就1例飞行员结脑两次误诊进行分析.
