摘要
问荆硅化物(SCE)能降低正常大鼠的血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)及CCl_4中毒大鼠升高的血清ALT,对CCl_4中毒小鼠升高的血清磺溴酞钠(BSP)滞留量也有明显降低作用;能显著降低硫代乙酰胺(TAA)及泼尼龙所致小鼠升高的血清ALT;能明显缩短戊巴此妥钠所致小鼠的睡眠时间,SCE还可使CCl_4中毒大鼠肝线粒体肿胀减轻,粗面内质网基本恢复正常,肝糖原颗粒增多,脂滴明显减少。
The silicon compound of Equisetum (SCE) is designated as one of the effective constituentsisolated from the Equisetum arvense L. Experimental data indicated that the SCE, given intraperitoneally in normal rats at a dose of 310 and 550 mg·kg-1 once daily for 7 d and 21 d respectively, produced a marked decrease in serum ALT activity, and it was also found to be capable of lowering the elevation of serum ALT induced by CC14 in rats and by thioacetamide, prednisolone in mice. In the CC14 intoxicated mice, the retention of serum BSP was also reduced obviously by SCE. It was also found to be capable of shortening the hypnotic time of pentobarbital sodium in mice.According to the ultrastructural observation under an electron microscope, it was also found that the swollen mitochondria and both the dilation and vesiculation of the rough endoplasmic reticulum in-duced by CC14 in rats were relaxed and even most of them returned to normal again by SCE. The SCE was also effective in the increase of liver glycogen granules and nearly restored them totally. The lipid droplets were markedly decreased by SCE.The results of biochemical and ultrastructural investigations suggest that SCE is very likely to have a protective action against the experimental liver injury in mice and rats.
