摘要
在ip丝裂霉素C(MMC,5.20 mg·kg^(-1))前24h内将聚肌胞(polv I:C)sc给小鼠,可明显抑制MMC所诱发的小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变频率,具有剂量效应关系,Poly I:C(0.50 mg·kg^(-1))sc后4和12h对染色体畸变的抑制作用最强,而polvI:C(0.50 mg·kg^(-1))sc后4 h所取小鼠血清亦具有抑制染色体畸变的作用,结果提示polvI:C和其诱导的小鼠血清均可预防MMC对遗传物质的损伤作用。
Poly I : C (0.05-5.0 mg·kg-1, sc)inhibited significantly the chromosomal aberrations (CA) induced by mitomycin C (MMC) ip and the inhibitory effect was dose dependent. The most inhibitory effects of poly I:C (0.5 mg·kg-1) administration were at 4 and 12 h prior to MMC administration. Effect of serum that was taken at 4 h after injection of poly I:C (0.5 mg·kg-1) is similar with the effect of poly I : C on CA. The most effective time ofpoly I : C inhibition on CA induced by MMC is relative to the induction time of interferon. These results indicate that both poly I : C and serum induced by poly I : C may protect genetic materials from damage caused by MMC and this function may be related to interferon induced by injection of poly I:C.
