Effects of atropine, scopolamine and anisodamine on the proliferation of rabbit aortic smooth muscle cell

胞浆钙离子对主动脉平滑肌细胞的增殖是必需的,阻断胞外钙离子的内流对细胞增殖产生抑制作用.阿托品类药物除具有M受体阻断作用外,与维拉帕米一样,具有钙通道阻断作用,但其对细胞增殖的影响尚未见报道.本文以培养的家兔胸主动脉平滑肌细胞(aortic smooth muscle cell,ASMC)为材料,研究了阿托品类药物对细胞增殖的影响.

The effects of atropine, scopolamine and anisodamine on the proliferation of the cultured rabbit aortic smooth muscle cells (ASMC) were studied. In the normal culture medium (Ca2+-present), all the three drugs inhibited the ASMC proliferation. In the Ca2+-free culture medium, all the three drugs hadbiphasic effects on ASMC proliferation, stimulatory at low concentrations and inhibitory at high concentrations.
