中性粒细胞(neutrophils,Neu)产生的氧自由基(oxygen free radicals,OFR)可造成许多其它组织的过氧化损伤,但能否造成自身脂质过氧化损伤尚未见报道.本文即对此进行了观察. 材料与方法 日本大耳兔49只,体重1.86±s 0.19 kg,雌雄兼用,由本校实验动物中心提供.
The content of lipoperoxidemalondialdehyde (MDA) of neutrophil (Neu). itself significantly increased (P<0.01) after Neu was activated; dexamethasone and indomethacin could inhibit Neu phagocytosis dose-dependently and lowered the MDA content of the activated Neu concomitantly. Inaddition, there was a positive correlation between the reduction of Neu MDA content and the suppression of Neu phagocytosis.
