The Application of Communicated Multimedia Technology in the Distance Education

远程教学是多媒体通信的一种重要应用,本文首先提出基于Web的远程教学模式WBT,详细分析其中通信对象所使用的多媒体数据,然后针对WBT模式多媒体教学系统的开发,讨论多媒体通信的特点和支持远程教学的多媒体通信协议,便于充分利用网络资源。

It's an important application of multimedia communication in the Distance Education. So WBT (Web Based Teaching), one of distance teaching modes on the ground of Web is put forward at first in this thesis. Then a detailed analysis on the data of multimedia used by communicated object is followed. In accordance with the tapping of WBT as one mode of multimedia teaching system, the authors discussed the characteristics and the contract that is for the multimedia communication in the distance teaching, so that the goal of making full use of network resources can be reached.
