摘要 用“Y”迷宫视觉暗示空间鉴别法,观察了TMDMC对小鼠学习获得,记忆保持和再现能力的影响,及其对东莨菪碱损害获得能力的翻转效应,并与毒扁豆碱进行了比较,结果表明,TMDMC能显著促进小鼠学习记忆能力,有效地拮抗东莨菪碱对学习能力的损害,其作用在选择性,安全性,作用强度和持续时间上均优于毒扁豆碱。 5-(l, 3, 3-Trimethylindolinyl) N, N-dimethyl carbamate (TMDMC), a reversible acetylcholinesterase inhibitor synthesized in our institute, was studied on the performance of a visual cueing spatial discrimination (VCSD) in mice and compared with physostigmine. It has been demonstrated that TMDMC facilitated the acquisition, the retention and the retrieval of VCSD in the dose range of 0.18-0.25 mg·kg-1. In the range of 0.35-0.50 mg·kg-1, it antagonized the impairment of the acquisition of VCSD induced by 1 and 3 mg·kg-1 of scopolamine. At the same time, physostigmine had the similar effects except for the facilitatory acquisition of VCSD in the dose of0.085-0.14 mg·kg-1 and in 0.2 mg·kg-1, it also attenuated the impaired acquisition of scopolamine. In terms of effect time it was found that TMDMC possessed a longer duration than physostigmine. The results indicated that the effects of TMDMC were superior to those of physostigmine in respect of specificity, intensity, safety and duration.
