摘要
卡托普利(CPT)能减轻小鼠免疫器官重量,抑制ConA,LPS和PHA诱导的小鼠脾脏和人外周血淋巴细胞增殖反应,抑制DNCB诱发的小鼠迟发型超敏反应和丹状内皮系统的吞噬功能。
Captopril (CPT) decreased the spleen and thymus weight and the clearance rate of iv charcoal particles in mice; suppressed the delayed type hypersensitivity reaction induced by DNCB in mice and the lymphocyte proliferation induced by ConA, LPS and PHA in mice and human. The suppressive actions of CPT on the production of serum hemolysin were not significant.
