Effect of Daphne tin on immune function in mice

瑞香素(Daphnetin,Dap)系瑞香科植物黄瑞香(Daphne giralaii Nitsche)中的有效单体,化学结构为7,8-二羟基香豆素.实验证明Dap有扩张冠状血管,增加冠状血流,改善心肌代谢作用,并有抑制实验性关节炎,兴奋垂体—肾上腺皮质系统,抗血栓形成,抑制血小板聚集和降血脂功能.临床上对冠心病心绞痛。

The effect of Daphnetin (Dap) on the immune function was studied in mice. BALB / c mice were injected intraperitoneally with 25, 50 and 100 mg·kg-1 of Dap for 7 d. The results showed that the spleen and thymus weights were significantly reduced, the serum agglutination liter, hemolysin HC50, and anti-SRBC antibody secreted by the spleen cells of the mice immunized with SRBC markedly decreased, and the foot-pad delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction (DTH) was inhibited. Dap 100-400·kg-1 ip for7 d enhanced markedly the peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis in mice.These results suggest that Dap may be an effective immunomodulating agent, which inhibits the humoral and cell-mediated immunity and enhances the macrophage phagocytosis.
