国产五氟利多不良反应的临床分析

A Clinical Analysis of the Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Domestic Penflurido!

上海市精神卫生中心自1979～1990年间给150个病例使用了国产五氟利多药品,在有完整记录资料的126例中54例出现了各种不良反应.其中单独用药26例,有11例(42.3%)出现不良反应,多见的依次为震颤、静坐不能、运动不能、心动过速等.

A total of 150 patients treated with long-acting anticholinergic, penflu-ridol from 1979 to December 1990 by the Shanghai Center for Mental Health was investigated, and 126 cases ( 89 males and 37 females ) of them with complete medical records were reviewed. Fifty-four cases ( 42.9% ) were found to have adverse drug reactions. Among them 26 cases were only treated with penfluridol and adverse reactions, such as tremor, akathisia, akinesia, and tachycardia, occurred in n cases(42.3% ) out of them. The common management was a combined use of anticholinergics ( 61.1% ).
