左旋多巴与4组注射液的配伍

Compatibility of levodopa with four groups of injections

本文研究了左旋多巴与 ATP、肌苷、10%葡萄糖(A 组),左旋多巴与门冬氨酸钾镁、10%葡萄糖(B 组),左旋多巴与乙酰谷酰胺、10%葡萄糖(C 组)以及左旋多巴与肝脑清氨基酸(D 组)等注射液的配伍变化。结果表明,A 组在混合后1h 变黄,不溶性微粒不符合中国药典规定,不宜配伍;其余各组在混合后至少24h 无外观配伍变化。

The compatibility of levodopa with fourgroups of injections was studied.The four groupswere as follows:levodopa with ATP,inositol,10%dextrose(group A),levodopa with potassium mag-nesium aspartate,10% dextrose(group B),lev-odopa with aceglutamide,10% dextrose(groupC)and levodopa with Gan-Nao-Ging amino acid(group D).No any signs of incompatibility werefound for at least 24 hours after mixing in threegroups except group A which became yellow at 1hour after mixing and the insoluble microparticledid not conform to the rule of China pharma-copoeia.
