摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法[HPLC]同时测定笨巴比妥、苯妥英和卡马西平3种抗癫痫药物,用环巴比妥[5-(1-cyclohexen-1-yl)-5-ethyl-barbituric acid]作内标物。以乙腈沉淀样品中血清蛋白后,于 ODS 色谱柱上分离,检测波长为254nm。3种药物分离良好,本法简便易操作,干扰少,适用于临床病人抗癫痫药物血浓度监测。
A method was developed for simultaneous de-termination of phenobarbital,phenytoin and car- bamzepine in serum by HPLC.The procedure in-volved precipitation serum protein with acetonitrile(CH_3CN),directive in;ection in a reverse-phaseliquid chromatography column,cyclobarbital 5-(1-cyclohexen-1-yl)-5-ethyl-barbituric acid wasused as internal standard and the detector wave-length was 254nm.Three drugs were separatedwith this simple method.The method can be usedin monitoring therapeutic drugs used in antiepilep-tic patients.
