内支架在弯曲血管模型内的血流动力学研究 被引量:2

摘要 动脉粥样硬化主要发生在诸如颈动脉、肾动脉以及冠状动脉等大动脉中。在这些部位进行支架手术在临床上已经成为一种有效的治疗手段,但同时带来了凝血和再阻塞的风险。有内支架的流动对血管内血液的凝血和再阻塞的影响很大。因此我们对两个有不同位置的self-x型内支架在弯曲血管模型内的流动分别进行了研究,并和健康的(无支架)模型内的流动做了对比实验。得到了模型流动的流量以及压力曲线,并利用激光多普勒检测了在血管模型内横断面上流速的分布剖面。
