摘要
收集11名海洛因成瘾者的尿液,将其水解后提取净化,并用气相色谱法对其尿中的吗啡进行定性分析,同时估量尿中毒品的含量。结果表明,此法准确可靠,取样量少,灵敏度高,是一判断和测定海洛因成瘾者吸毒情况的有效方法。
Eleven urine sample from heroin smokeswere studied morphine was found the primaryproduct of heroin.Comsumption after hydrolysisand extraction of the urine.For the quality ofthe excretion in urine was analysed by gas chro-matography on a capillary column using nitro-gen-phosphorous detector.This method,accu-rate,reliable and high sensitive,it is effective forthe determination of heroin addicts.
