摘要
作者采用1Cr18Ni9Ti 不锈钢材料组装而成的大输液配制、输送、过滤及蒸馏水贮存、输送2个系统的半密闭装置,经4年生产测试结果表明,配滤系统使用方便,产品热原项合格率可达100%;经12～36h 贮输的蒸馏水其各项指标均在《中国药典(1990年版)》合格范围之内。该装置不仅具有良好的密闭安全性能,而且有助于 GMP 的贯彻执行。本文提出了组装前管材配件的预处理,装置在使用前后的洗涤消毒方法和大输液配滤系统装置流程图等可供药剂教学参考。
Two semi-closed apparatus consistuting of by stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti for preparation/convey,filtration of bulky I.V.infusions andreserve/convey of distilled water were exer-cised.Results showed that 100% of the infu-sions and water in 12～36h were found to beconformity with the Chinese PharmacopoeialStardards-1991 through 4 years practice.Thesystem was safe and practical as introduced.
