盐酸普鲁卡因原料及注射液中PABA的HPTLC定量检测研究

盐酸普鲁卡因中的 PABA 应用高效硅胶板分离,薄层扫描定量。其加样回收率为99.3%,CV=3.81%,PABA 在33～528ng 间 r=0.9995,最低检出量8ng。

A thin layer chromatographic method was developed for determination of p-aminobenzoic acid (PABA)in procaine hydrochloride injection using HPTLC plates with methyl benzene-glacial aceticacid-acetone-methyl alcohol(14:1:1:4)as chro-matographic system.It was λ_(max) 284nm for determi-nation to take CS-920 HPTLC scanner.The relativerecoveries of PABA were found to be above 99.3%and the method was linear from 33～528ng with acorrelation coefficient of 0. 9995.The coefficient ofvariation was less than 2.83% for within day(n=7).
