输液生产中应用醋酸洗必泰防止热原污染

Chlorhexidine acetate in prevention of pyrogen contamination in preparation of infusion solution

本文研究了醋酸洗必泰在输液制备过程中灭菌消毒,防止热原污染的作用。醋酸洗必泰具有很强的抑菌杀菌作用,用其消毒封存贮液罐、下药管道、微孔滤膜及滤器等,可有效地防止热原污染,提高输液质量,方法简便,可提高工作效率,降低能耗、减少环境污染,具有一定的实用价值。

The efficacy of chlorhexidine acetate was studied in the prevention of pyrogen contamination and sterilization in the preparation of infusion solution.The method was effective in the prevention of pyro-gen contamination with high quality of infusion solu-tion after the apparatus,tubes,microporous mem-branes and filters were disinfected and sealed up forsafekeeping by chlorhexidine acetate.The method re-duces energy consumption as well as environmentalpollution.
