摘要
本文采用"外语课堂焦虑感量表"及"英语听力课焦虑感量表",测试学生在英语课堂及听力课堂的焦虑程度;以调查数据为基础,对焦虑程度与成绩之间的关系进行了分析,并得出结论:焦虑对英语听力理解的成效产生负影响,其焦虑程度与听的内容和类型有相关性.针对以上研究,提出了相应的教学方法及改进措施.
The present paper reports the findings of a survey on students' anxiety in English learning. The survey is conducted among 120 second-year English majors. It analyses their anxieties and factors affecting their English learning, especially listening comprehension. It discusses the characteristics of distribution of the anxiety scores in students' English learning. Based on the above analysis, the author has come to the following conclusion : too much anxiety, the lacking of confidence, fear of negative evaluation and fear of communication do hinder their progress. Thus, some teaching methodologies and strategies to improve teaching proficiency are proposed accordingly.
