Analysis of Gan Mao Ling capsule by capillary gas chromatography

本文报道用 OV-101熔融石英毛细管柱分离测定感冒灵胶囊中扑热息痛和咖啡因。讨论色谱柱、溶剂和内标物的选择。试验结果表明,使用 OV-101熔融石英毛细管柱,不但分离效果好,且分析速度快,结果可靠,变异系数小于2.2%,平均回收率达99.71%～99.97%。

Paracetamolum and caffeinum in GanMaoLing capsule was separated and determined by OV-101 flexible quartz column.Column,solvent andinternal standard were selected.The OV-101 flexi-ble quartz capillary column showed faster speedand better separation.The coefficient of variationwas less than 2.2%,and the recoveries were99.71%～99.97%.
