1%硫酸新霉素溶液在临床应用广泛,但其稳定性较差,降解产物无活性。本丈通过实验,确定了1%硫酸新霉素溶液宜在低于10℃的条件下保管,应在100℃常压蒸汽灭菌30min。

1% neomycin sulfate solution was not stableand its degraded product was lack of activity,al-though it was widely used clinically.This experi-ment showed that it is appropriate to store the solu-tion under 10℃ and sterilized for 30 minutes at100℃ under constant pressure.
