人体雌三醇透皮吸收的研究

本文在正常人体进行了雌三醇透皮吸收的研究。结果表明,雌三醇有较好的透皮吸收性,一次给药5,10mg,在给药后第4d24h 尿药量仍分别高于基础水平2.26μg和13.54μg,绝经者10mg 剂量组0～4d 尿药曲线下面积 AUC(47.81μg)(扣除基础值)约为5mg 剂量组的 AUC(26.90μg)的2倍,未绝经者10mg 剂量组 AUC 为80.99μg,是5mg 剂量组的3倍。

Percutaneous absorption of estriol from creamwas studied in 14 normal subjects,The resultsshowed that estriol can be well absorbed throughhuman skin after,percutaneous administration ofcream containing 10mg estriol.The AUC within 0～4 days in postmenopansal group was two times ofthat in5 mg dose group.For premenopansal wom-en,The AUC in 10mg dose group Was three timesof that in 5mg dose group.
