多形性日光疹50例临床及光实验分析

Clinical and Phototesting Analysis of 50 Polymorphic Light Eruptions

目的 :对 5 0例多形性日光疹 (PLE)进行临床分型及光试验分析。方法 :根据临床把 5 0例PLE分为 18例丘疱疹型、10例小丘疹型、10例痒疹型、7例红斑水肿型及 5例混合型 5型并进行光试验研究。结果 :72 %PLEUVB -MED 4 8h达高峰 ( ) ,全部患者UVA -MED 96h达高峰 ( )。结论 :全部患者UVB -MED、UVA -MED符合PLE的光试验反应规律 ,研究发现小丘疹型的致病光谱较宽 ,防治较困难。

Objective: To study the Clinical typing and phototesting of 50 polymorphic light eruptions (PLE). Method: Based on clinical magnifestation,the eruptions were divided into 5 types:18 papulovesicular,10 papular,10 pruriginous,7 erythematosus and 5 mixed lesions,and their phototestings were analyzed. Result: UVB-MED erythema of 72% PLE reached to the peak () at 48 hours,and all OVA-MED erythema () at 96 hours. Conclusion: MED of all patients is in accordance with reacting regularity of PLE.The pathogenic spectrum of papular varies widely.It is difficult in prevention and treatment.
