摘要
本文在微生物法测定抗生素血药浓度中,根据抑菌圈形成原理,提出一种适合于药代动力学研究中所要求的新标准曲线,测定浓度范围为0.21～4.87μg/ml,比传统的标准曲线更加是敏和准确。
A new standard curve for microbiological as-say of antibiotic concentration in serum is recom-mended.With this standard curve,a mean recovery.rate of 98.77%+6.5% could be obtained.Thisstandard curve is especially suitable for the detec-tion of the serum concentration of antibiotics forpharmacokinetics study.It is better than the tradi-tional standard curve in accuracy and sensitivity.
