血塞通注射液治疗早期脑梗塞的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of Xuesaitong Injectiion for cerebral infarction

目的 :探讨血塞通注射液 (三七总苷 )治疗脑梗塞的疗效。方法 :病人 6 0例 ,随机分为二组 ,血塞通组 30例 ,用血塞通 10mL( 0 .5g)加入 0 .9%盐水 2 5 0mL静脉滴注。丹参组 30例 ,用丹参 16mL加入 0 .9%盐水 2 5 0mL静脉滴注 ,每日 1次 ,二组疗程均为 2 8d。结果 :血塞通组总有效率 80 .0 % ,不良反应少 ,丹参组总有效率 6 6 .7% ,组间经轶和分析 ,治疗组明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :血塞通 ,它可使血小板聚集力和粘附力降低并具有溶栓作用 ,对早期脑梗塞的治疗效果较好。

AIM:To study the curative effect of Xuesaitong Injection (total notoginsenoside) on cerebral infarction.METHODS: 60 patients are divided into two groups at random. The treatment group was treated with Xuesaitong Injection (10mg in 250mL of 0.9% NS by IV infusion). The control group was treated with Danshen Injection (16mL in 250mL of 0.9% NS by IV infusion). Once a day for 28 days.RESULTS: The total effective rate of Xuesaitong Injection group was 80.0%. There were little bad reaction reported. The total effective rate of Danshen Injection was 66.7%. The curative effect of treatment group is superior to the control group ( P < 0.05 ). CONCLUSIONS: Xuesaitong Injection can make the platelet aggregation and adhesion lower, and has the function of thrombus dissolving. It is effective for the treatment of the early cerebral infarction.
