摘要 高张盐水(HTS)用于严重创伤性和失血性休克病人的紧急复苏,有助于迅速恢复血容量和改善血流动力学,同时具有减轻休克引发的炎症反应和免疫抑制。综述HTS复苏过程对炎症和免疫的调节作用。
