摘要
对地瓜儿苗和毛叶地瓜儿苗进行了形态组织研究,并应用 GC-MS-DS、GC 对两者的挥发油进行了定性、定量分析,分别鉴定出51个及44个成分。它们的成分种类基本相似,在等剂量下药理作用相同,为扩大药源,地瓜儿苗应加以利用。
The pharmacognosy study of Lycopus lucidusTurcz.and L.lucidus Turcz.var.hirtus Regel wascarried out.The quality and quantity of their es-sential oil were analysed by GC-MS-DS and GC.51,44 constituents were identified alternatively,and most of which were identical.Both of thespecies showed the same pharmacological effects atthe same dosage.To enlarge the resources of thecrude drug,Lycopus lucidus ought to be used as'Zelan'.
