摘要
用组织培养法获得2种蛹草子座及2种菌丝体粉末,并以冬虫夏草为参照比较近红外光谱特性,认为野生虫草与人工蛹草的光谱特性相似。摘除子座后的培养基也有相似的光谱特性;污染杂菌后的培养基其光谱特性不同。同时,首次报告蛹草新鲜组织不加保护剂,在低温冷藏后5个月能再次形成子座,其外形和显微特征与野生蛹草一致。
Two fruitbodies of Cordyceps militaris andtheir powder were obtained tissue culture.Theywere compared with those of Cordyceps sinensis onspeciality of infrared rays spectrums.The resultsindicated that natural Cordyceps sinensis is similarto cultured one in the specificity of the infraredrays spectrums.Cultured mediums removed fruit-body also showed similar speciality of infraredrays spectrums.The specimens infraced with bac-teria possessed the specificity of different spec-trums.It was first reported that fresh tissue ofCordyceps militaris which was not given with pro-tection and stored in low temperature for 5 mon-thes can reoroduct fruitbody.Its facial size and mi-croscopic speciality were similar to natural Cordy-ceps militaris.
