摘要
本文研究了以丙烯酸甲酯 (MA)、苯乙烯 (St)、丙烯酰胺 (AM)及丙烯腈 (NA)为原料 ,采用核壳技术制取非离子乳液PMAA纸张干强剂的方法。将PMAA乳液加到草浆中 ,通过对纸张的环压强度 ,耐破度和撕裂度等的测定 ,发现当乳液用量为 0 75 %~ 1 0 %时 ,可使纸张抗拉强度提高 2 9 4 % ,耐折度提高 96 4 % ,环压强度提高36 8%。
The preparation of acrylic emulsion type paper strengthening agent,which is copolymerized by methyl aerylate styrene,acrylonitrile and acrylamide,is studied in this paper.This emulsion was applied in paper making,the properties were determined.When the dosage of the emulsion is 0.75%~1.0%,the properties of paper are improved.Tensile strength increases 29.4%,tearing strength rises 96.34%,ring crush strength improves 36.8%.
