水杨酸游离浓度测定及其游离药物动力学的研究

Plasma level determination and pharmacokinetics of free salicylic acid in rabbits and volunteers

采用平衡透析法分离游离水杨酸与结合水杨酸,测定出水杨酸总浓度、游离浓度,并计算出药动学参数。结果表明,水杨酸总浓度与其游离浓度及游离分数在动物体内呈显著正相关。总浓度与游离浓度、游离浓度与游离分数在人体内呈显著正相关。

The equilibrium dialysis method was used toseparate free salicylic acid from plasma.The re-sults show that there are positive correlations be-tween total drug level and its free level and be-tween free drug level and free drug fraction.
