摘要
研究了等温淬火球墨可锻铸铁的生产工艺,包括化学成分设计,孕育处理技术与热处理工艺。介绍了这种新材料的组织与性能特点。结果表明,该材料兼有奥贝球铁和球墨可锻铸铁的优点。
The productive process of austempered spheroidal graphite malleable iron (AMI) was inves-tigated including chemical composition design, inoculation technique and heat treatment process. The structure and properties of AMI was described. The results showed that this new material combined the advantages of both the ADI and AMI.
