摘要
镍奥氏体铸铁是具有良好的吸震性的耐蚀铸铁,通过加入镍的严格成分控制,以及采用合理的熔炼工艺,能稳定地 获得铸态奥氏体基体,有效地降低铸铁组织中的阳极区阴极区极区的活性,达到改善耐蚀性能的目的。镍奥氏体球墨铸铁 的基体得到强化不仅使其耐蚀性能稳定,而且综合性能也得到提高。
Nickel austenite cast iron is a kind of corrosion resistant cast iron with excellent damping property. By adding nickel, strictly controlling composition and adopting proper melting process, it is possible to stably obtain austenite matrix, which can effectively decrease the activity in the anode zone and cathode zone of the structures of cast irons, so that the purpose to improve corrosion resistance could be achieved. As the result of strengthening of the matrix of nickel austenite nodular iron, not only its corrosion resistance stability was improved, and also its overall properties were increased.
