甲壳素是一种氨基的均态多糖 ,它即能生物合成 ,又可被生物降解 ,且不污染环境。壳聚糖是甲壳素脱乙酰化产物 ,壳低聚糖是二至八糖的低聚糖。以壳聚糖原料 ,采用氯乙酸途径制备方式 ,得到制备羧甲基壳聚糖最佳工艺路线 ,并对产物进行了性能测定 ,其取代度达到 90

s: Chitin was a kind of uniform polysaccharide containing amines, it can be biosynthesis and biodegradation, and its use would not polluted environment. Chitosan was the product of chitin deactytation. The carboxymethyl-chitosan was gained from chitosan through the way of chloroethanic acid;the characteristic of carboxymethyl-chitosan was measured. The degree of substitution of carboxymethyl-chitosan was above 90%.
