摘要
研究了稀土、钒钛复合孕育处理对钨合金白口铸铁组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明,孕育处理后钨合金白口铸铁 的微观组织中碳化物网络断裂,其冲击韧度和耐磨损性能显著提高。
The influencens of composite inoculation with rare earth plus V and Ti on structure and properties of tungsten-alloyed white iron were investigated.The results showed that inoculation treat-ment caused the carbide net in the microstructure of the tungsten white iron being broken, and its im-pact toughness and wear-resistant property being increased obviously.
